I have always absolutely loved the taste of papayas. I can anytime eat it in a fruit salad or in a smoothie. It is also loaded with nutrients and helps digestion in the gut. This smoothie containing papaya, mint and kefir is your perfect savior when your tummy is upset after eating the cheat meal. The following recipe serves 2.
Ingredients
- 2 cups papaya
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 2/3 rd cup kefir or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup packed mint leaves
- 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. You can pour in a few tbsp milk of your choice if you want a thinner consistency.

Pour the smoothie into 2 serving glasses and enjoy it alongside a side of fresh fruit salad!
