High protein blueberry smoothie

Did you know that blueberries are the healthiest of all the berries? They contain the highest amount of antioxidants among the berries. Not only are they super loaded with nutrients but also are anti-inflammatory.

The recipe here, rich in protein, is your perfect post workout snack. Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries

  • 1 cup frozen banana

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tsp raw honey/ maple syrup

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. Pour the smoothie into 2 serving glasses and enjoy!
